Facing southwest, the sector captures warm afternoon sunlight and dries fast after rain, though inner cave roofs can seep after prolonged wet spells. The route selection caters to experienced traditional climbers, offering steep, physical routes from VS to hard E-grades, led by the classic line Gollum. The approach requires parking along the A4 Portway followed by a steep climb up established earth paths and scree slopes. Steep, exposed belay ledges require careful anchor setups.
