About Pine Creek Canyon (Red Rock)

Pine Creek Canyon is Red Rock's most-climbed multi-pitch venue — a lush spring-fed canyon on the scenic loop road holding classics like Cat in the Hat (5.6, 6 pitches) which is arguably the most-climbed moderate multi-pitch in southern Nevada. The pine trees give the canyon its name and a genuine oasis feel amid the desert. 261 routes total, heavy on trad multi-pitch. (California) — this is the Red Rock one. Same 48h post-rain minimum for Aztec sandstone.
