About Hospital Boulders

Hospital Boulders is a 150-200 problem SCC-owned bouldering venue on the west brow of Lookout Mountain above Gadsden, AL, off I-59 near Mountain View Hospital. Some short trad, sport and toprope climbs supplement the bouldering. Access is via a gated dirt road across from Mountain View Hospital — combination lock code available from the SCC (seclimbers.org). No bathrooms on site; a wag bag kiosk is provided — pack out human waste. No on-site camping. Cumberland sandstone wet-rock ethic applies.
