About Walden's Ridge Park

Walden's Ridge Park is a 200-acre forested Hamilton County park on the eastern slope of Signal Mountain, 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. 202 boulder problems across every grade on high-quality Pennsylvanian sandstone. Most bouldering is accessed via the upper parking lot; approaches range from immediate to ~20 minutes. Free public park managed by Hamilton County Parks & Recreation. Cumberland sandstone wet-rock ethic applies.
